Our terms and conditions of purchase are subject to change, so please read them before placing your order. By confirming your purchase, you also agree to the terms of purchase. The purchase has been confirmed when you have received your confirmation email and you must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address, is correct. Please note that persons under the legal age 18 years need a parental consent.

We use Shopify Payments as it is a secure payment method. Shopify Payments is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. You can choose the payment method that suits you best. We accept payments by credit card as well as payments via Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The prices at the webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time. The prices are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the webshop. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. The delivery charges are not included to the product price and are separately shown on the webshop.

Slinex is not bound by price indications in the webshop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occured due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer.

All campaigns with reduced price are limited in time. Multiple offers and codes can ́t be combined. All discounts and campaigns are only valid on ordinary prices. A discount code or voucher is only valid once per customer/purchase and not on any sale items. In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, the webshop reserves the right to cancel the order in question. On orders eligible for a gift or discount, the value of the gift/discount is considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.

We aim at dispatching your order as soon as possible. Delivery times indicated on our website are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) deliveries may take longer than normal. The shipping cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union.

You are welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways. Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Please notice that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged 30€ to cover the handling costs of the order.

Everything we send out is quality controlled. However, if you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the online store in detail reflect the product colours. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
