RETURNS POLICY

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items (incl. product and product packaging) must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please make sure to keep the receipt in case the package gets lost on its way back. RETURN COST

Please note that we do not refund the initial shipping cost. A return shipping cost, equivalent to the original shipping cost to the buyer, will be deducted from the refund total. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Unclaimed shipments are not counted as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, the package will be returned to us. Please note that we charge 30€ for any shipped unclaimed orders to cover the handling costs of the order.

EXCHANGES

While we do not offer an exchange service, you are of course welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For exchanges, re-purchase the preferred item after a return. Please note that the returned item must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and unused in any ways.

CLAIMS

If your order is damaged or faulty in some way, make sure to inform us within 14 days of receiving the order. Please reach out to us at contact@slinex.co with your order details and photographs showing the issue.
